Film For Thermal Lamination

Film For Thermal Lamination has a very low melting effect, which allows the film to be laminated on the paper. Our films can be used on all types of laminating machines available worldwide. We provide thermal laminating films both BOPP and PET-based. On another side. Lamination and antistatic properties. Supports excellent bond with the paper. These films are available in BOPP.

Thermal laminating films have a very low melting effect, which allows the film to be laminated on the paper. Our films can be used on all types of laminating machines available worldwide. We provide thermal laminating films both BOPP and PET-based. On the other hand, wet lamination films are suitable for conventional wet lamination with dispersion, solvent-based, UV or special hot melt adhesives. All laminating films used for wet lamination are pretreated on both sides for subsequent conversion (hot stamping, embossing, UV coating, etc.). Lamination and antistatic properties. Supports excellent bond with the paper. These films are available in BOPP.

Available types:
  • Thermal Laminating Films – BOPP
  • Thermal laminating films – PET
  • Wet Laminating Films – BOPP
BOPP-based laminating machine:

It is based on BOPP, a matte side of linen and another aluminum thermal rolling film. The film has surface extruded coated with low temperature. melting resin, which allows the laminating of the film to the paper products by heat and pressure.

Features:
  • Excellent linen matte look
  • Resistance to tearing fibers with paper
  • Excellent resistance to elongation and tearing
Applications:

Thermal laminating with all kinds of printed and non-printed paper and cardboard such as book covers, posters, magazines, diaries, etc.

Thermal stratification based on PET:

Our range of PET-based thermal laminating films offers superior scratch resistance and optical properties. These films are available in 27 – 250 microns.
It is a PET thermosetting film, corona treated on both sides and extruded on one side. The film extruded surface coated on the PET film with low temperature. melting resin, which allows the laminating of the film to the paper products by heat and pressure.

Features:
  • Excellent optical properties
  • Resistance to tearing fibers with paper
  • Excellent tear resistance
Applications:

Thermal laminating with all kinds of printed and unprinted papers and cards such as cards, menu cards, certificates, mark sheets, folders, photo albums, posters, magazines, brochures etc.
